Google offices are known very much for their creativity and the most flexible environment provided to their team members world wide. In fact for the very first time when we had view of a google office pictures we were very much of the view that may be it is just a fantasy concept of having such a relaxing work environment where the employees are at home all the time. But later when we had a look on one of google corporate office by tracing google office locations we were amazed in true sense to see such an environment where the creativity never ends. In other words we must say that may be the creativity starts here in true sense. The question arises why google has such an excellent place for its employees, why not other companies do the same as google does. Well the answer might not be hundred percent correct but to my understanding such great and at home environments are required where the human brains have to come up with the most creative ideas and work any time when required. Google has provided its employees with such an environment where its employees are no more considered to be employees rather they are the business partners of google where they all work at home as a family and work together for the common goal and mission achievement.

When it comes to developers, they are the most unpredictable category of people who can start working any time and any where provided they are in mood to work. So as google is mostly dependent upon the developers so it has to create such an environments that even if that team has to spend day and nights at office they feel comfortable and at home without effecting their thinking process.
